Field Services — Nationwide Dispatch

Overview

Get a trained technician on site for surveys, installs, swaps, and break/fix. Every visit includes photo and time‑stamped notes so you have a clear record of what happened, what was installed, and what remains.

  • Surveys and site walks for planning and readiness

  • Equipment installs and device swaps to SOP

  • Reactive break/fix with triage and verification steps

  • Preventive maintenance with checklists and logs
     

Coverage & Scheduling

  • We operate across the domestic U.S. Our standard windows fit business hours, with extended coverage available when needed.

  • Coverage: Lower 48; Alaska/Hawaii case‑by‑case when costed

  • Standard: Weekdays 8am–5pm local

  • Extended (add‑on): evenings, weekends, holidays
     

SLAs

  • Bronze — Response within 3 business days; dispatch window 8am–5pm; restore target 5 business days

  • Silver — Response within 1 business day; dispatch window 4‑hour AM/PM; restore target 72 hours

  • Gold — Response within 4 business hours (Mon–Sat); dispatch window 2‑hour; restore target 24–48 hours
     

Warranty & Deliverables

Labor is covered by a 90‑day workmanship warranty. Parts follow OEM terms or your spare‑pool plan. Deliverables include photo/time‑stamped notes, completed checklist items, and any required equipment labels or readings.
